No prolem building a PC I'd say. Seems to be lots of places and they would be pretty cheap. I dunno where the best place is since I've only been here for 2 weeks, but I'm sure we can find out!

There are 3 main places to buy computer related stuff， they're called 'electronic city'电子城
1. Under olympic square is an 'electronic city'电子城.
2. Above carrefour on Xi'an Road, 西安路。
3. On chang jiang road长江路, close to the train station opposite the defunct Vivo shopping complex.
All 3 places have lots of vendors that sell computer hardware/dvd/software/cd's and everything electronic related.
